Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing to work with TC Thompkins! Please review our booking policy to ensure a smooth and professional experience. Booking Process: All sessions must be booked online through our official booking platform. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the session fee is required at the time of booking to reserve your time. The remaining balance is due 24 hours before the scheduled session. Payment: Payments are accepted via credit card and processed securely through our booking platform. Package deals require full payment upfront unless otherwise agreed. Session Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. You may reschedule up to one time per session without incurring additional fees. After the first reschedule, a rescheduling fee of $50 will apply. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 7 days of your session will result in a 50% charge of the total fee. No refunds or reschedules will be granted for cancellations within 24 hours of the session. No-Shows: Failure to attend a session without prior notice will result in full charge with no refund or reschedule option. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
